Services
Payment Policy
* At the time of booking, we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
This deposit ensures that your picnic date is reserved exclusively for you, and covers the initial costs associated with planning and preparing for your picnic.
* The remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to your picnic.
This allows us to finalize all arrangements and ensures that everything is in place for a memorable picnic.
Cancelation Policy
* If the client cancels the picnic 7 or more days prior to the scheduled picnic date, the client will receive 50% of their deposit back.
* If the client cancels the picnic less than 7 days prior to the scheduled picnic date, the client will forfeit their deposit.
* If the client cancels the picnic less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled picnic date, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the picnic.
